How early should I book my appointment if my renovation is ongoing?
If you’re renovating, we highly recommend scheduling your on-site consultation 6 to 8 weeks before your planned move-in date.
This is the “sweet spot”: it’s typically after the messiest work (like painting and flooring) is complete, allowing us to take precise measurements. This timeframe also ensures your custom curtains and blinds are produced and ready for a smooth installation right as you’re putting the finishing touches on your new space.
How long will it take from measurement to installation?
Our standard lead time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks, from the day of your on-site measurement to the final installation. This can vary slightly based on your specific fabric selection and our production schedule, but our team will always provide a clear and reliable timeline with your final quotation.
Can I change my fabric or design after confirming my order?
Because every order is custom-made to your home’s exact measurements and your unique fabric selection, we are unable to make changes once the order is confirmed and has entered production.

Can I choose my fabric, material, colour, or texture to match my interior design?
Absolutely. This is one of the most important parts of our service.
We have an extensive, curated collection of fabrics, materials, colours, and textures. During our free on-site consultation, our design specialist will bring the complete sample range to your home. This allows you to see and feel the materials in your own space, under your own lighting, ensuring a perfect match with your existing décor.
Do you offer motorised or smart home compatible curtain/blind systems?
Yes, we specialise in modern motorisation. We offer advanced, quiet motor systems for both curtains and blinds that add a touch of luxury and convenience to your home.
Our systems are fully compatible with popular smart home platforms like Google Home and Amazon Alexa, allowing you to control your window treatments with your voice or a simple tap on your phone.
What is the warranty like?
We stand by our quality. All our products come with a comprehensive warranty to give you peace of mind:
Blind Mechanisms: 1-year warranty.
Motor Systems: 2 to 5-year warranty (depending on the specific model).
This warranty covers all mechanical and motor components against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal fabric wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
How should I care for and maintain my curtains or blinds so they last?
Keeping your new window treatments beautiful is straightforward.
- For Blinds (Zip, Aluminium, Timber, etc.): Regular light dusting with a feather duster or using a vacuum’s soft brush attachment is perfect. For spots, a slightly damp cloth works wonders on most non-fabric materials.
- For Curtains & Fabric Blinds: Care instructions vary by fabric. Many of our modern fabrics are machine-washable on a gentle cycle (we recommend spin-drying and hanging them immediately to avoid heavy creasing).
